Beth is an Associate of the Firm, and focuses her practice on representing boards of education in general and special education matters. Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, Beth has represented public boards of education through mediation and administrative proceedings. She has provided professional development workshops in the areas of tenure proceedings, sexual harassment, and other types of discrimination. She has also lectured on student matters such as internet use, discipline, harassment, intimidation, and bullying.
While attending the Georgetown University Law Center, Beth served as a member of the Law & Policy in International Business journal, as well as worked on compliance matters for the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
Before the Firm’s founding, Beth was an associate with a boutique education law firm and a large general practice firm where she was a member of the Education Law Group.
